The staff was genuinely helpful and we would have extended the stay. Comfortable modern venue, magnificent location right by the outskirts of one of the main Plitvicka Lake entrances, the main tourist area, and Rakovica, appreciated our stay. The free parking was onsite, excellent service.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The exceptionally nice and pleasant staff accommodated all the needs. The room was nice and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The breakfast was absoluteley underwhelming, definitley not worthy of a 4-star place. Plus, the check-in experience was all rather stilted, it reminded me of I was intruding. Honestly, a complimentary gift woudl ve been nice after all the trouble. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!
